What We’re Eating This Week

 Sunday – grilled black bean burgers (Wegmans) and grilled squash, zucchini and mushrooms (pre-cut from Wegmans)

MondaySpicy Orange Shrimp with Caesar Salad 

Tuesday – Stir-Fried Asparagus and Shiitake Mushrooms (from The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook), brown rice, pork potstickers (Wegmans frozen)

Wednesday – kids’ activities + out for dinner

Thursday – leftover pork (from my favorite German restaurant over the weekend) sandwiches on pretzel rolls with jarlsburg and sauerkraut, Roasted Root Vegetables with Lemon-Caper Sauce (the Complete Vegetarian Cookbook)

FridayGreek Salad with Chickpeas, I may make this on Tuesday since I have to pack my lunch 2 days this week and I think it would make an easy lunch. If we do end up having it for dinner Friday I will probably serve it with/over romaine

For the week: Granola bars “Present Glo Bars” (no, they are granola bars) from The Oh She Glows Cookbook
